Next Meeting: February 8th 2026, 1-3 P.M.

The next meeting of the La Jolla Democratic Club will be the second Sunday of February. February 8th at the regular place, the community room of the AMC 12 La Joll Theaters, 8657 Villa La Jolla Drive, La Jolla, 92037

The club will consider endorsements for Democratic candidates running for California State Board of Equalization, San Diego City Council, District 2 which includes Ocean Beach and Pt. Loma, and the board of San Diego Unified School District. A Friendly incumbent endorsement will be considered for State Senator Catherine Blakespear, of Encinitas.

Also on the program will be presentation on ranked choice voting by Andrea St. Julian, appellate attorney and social justice leader.
